The origins of Kartlight lamps

The design of K'Artlight lamps is the result of an observation: the lighting system used to illuminate works of art is all too often a real headache.

Art lighting often requires a complex electrical installation, involving a multitude of wires. What's more, these lamps emit too much heat, damaging works of art by fading the colors of photographs and paintings.
Over time, it has been concluded that lighting is rarely adapted to works of art, and that its installation is unsatisfactory for exhibitors and, above all, for private art lovers.

This led us to take a serious look at the issue, to find the solution best suited to this need for efficiency and simplicity.
We then studied and tested different components to come up with a unique lighting solution!

And so Kartlight was born.
A range of lighting fixtures offering excellent color and shadow rendition without damaging the artwork, simple to install and discreet so as to leave only the magic of art to be seen.
But also environmentally conscious and energy-efficient, as our lamps are designed using 3D printers made from plant-based plastic and are powered by an external rechargeable battery.
