The Silhouette lamp, which can easily cover the surface of a painting 50 cm wide and 70 cm high, would be the most suitable.


2 - Which lamp is best suited to a horizontal or landscape painting?

The Félicité 2-branch lamp, which can easily cover the surface of a landscape format picture 70 cm high and up to 1 m wide, would be the most suitable.


3 - How to install the lamp on the panel?

Fix the top bracket to the back of the board using double-sided adhesive tape or screws as shown in the image below, then slide the lamp into the bracket.


4 - How do I know if the battery needs recharging?

When the lamp lights up and flashes briefly, the battery needs recharging.

6 - How do I recharge the lamp battery?

Plug the cable into the lamp's micro-USB connector, leaving the battery connected to the lamp.

  


7 - How do I install the magnetic charging cable?

Fix the cable holder to one of the edges on the back of the panel, using double-sided adhesive or glue as shown in the image below, then slide the cable into the holder, connecting it to the lamp. When you're ready to recharge, connect the second power cable to the first using the magnetic connectors.  

  


8 - What is the lamp's autonomy?

For the Silhouette or Providence lamp, each with 1 lighting head, the permanent switch-on time is 15h at maximum intensity.

For the Félicité lamp with 2 lighting heads, the duration is divided by 2. That's 7.5h at maximum intensity.

A battery model is available that doubles capacity, providing 30 h of continuous lighting with a single-head lamp.

12 - How can I use the warranty for defective products?

Our products are guaranteed for 2 years under normal use. If one of our products is defective, you can contact customer service by e-mail at contact@kartlight.com.

Products covered by warranties must be returned new, complete and in their original condition and packaging. After receipt and confirmation of the claim by the after-sales service, you will be reimbursed for the return postage costs within 30 days of receipt of the product by our services.
